Reservation Policy

At Bianka, we kindly ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made at least 48 hours in advance.

 

No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $25 fee per person. If you anticipate running late, please contact the restaurant directly.

• Dress to Impress: Proper attire is required. Please refer to our website at www.biankarestaurants.com in the FAQ for our dress code.

• Hookah Reservations: Baton Rouge location only - maximum of 12 people per reservation, with a 2-hour time limit. Reservations are required for the hookah section.

• Hookah Policy: Children are not allowed around hookah unless parents take full responsibility. If children are in areas where hookah is present, the restaurant assumes no liability.

• VIP Reservations: Please call us for VIP section bookings.

• Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period for reservations. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call us to let us know.

• Contact Information: We may contact you regarding your reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

• Cancellations: If you can’t make your reservation, kindly cancel as soon as possible.
